For a work permit, MOHRE requires its own offer letter e-form, signed by both parties (Administrative Resolution No. 38 of 2022 on Ministerial Resolution No. 46 of 2022). This letter does not replace it.
Article 9(1) of Federal Decree-Law 33 of 2021 says the employer may appoint a worker under a probationary period not exceeding six months from the date work starts. This form refuses more than 6 months. Article 9(2) adds that a worker cannot be placed on probation more than once at the same employer.
Article 29(1) says annual leave on full wage is not less than 30 days for each year of service, and 2 days for each month when service is more than six months and less than a year. This form refuses fewer than 30 days a year, and you can enter more.
No. For a work permit, MOHRE requires its own offer letter e-form, signed by both parties. Administrative Resolution No. 38 of 2022 adopts the e-Forms in the MOHRE system for work permits, offer letters and employment contracts, and its guidelines list the offer letter issued by the Ministry with the employer's and the employee's signatures among the work permit documents. The only readable copy we found is unofficial, so check the MOHRE system. The notice is printed on the letter.
