Track attendance, leave and holidays in one place.
Every clock-in, approved leave day and public holiday goes into one attendance record per office, and payroll pays straight from it. A day of approved leave shows as On Leave, not as a missed clock-in.
Clock-ins, approved leave and public holidays land in the same ledger. A day on approved leave carries On Leave rather than a missing clock-in, so nobody chases it.
The attendance screen
A month of clock-ins and leave.
Pick a month, search for an employee, or filter by status. Every clock-in and clock-out is listed with the hours worked. Leave, public holidays and remote days are listed too, so the totals at the top include them.
Payroll pays from this attendance record.
Every clock-in is checked against the office location.
Staff clock in from the web or the mobile app. A day worked somewhere else becomes a remote day, requested and approved in advance.
- Set a location and a radius for each office
- Let staff request a remote day in advance when they will be away
- Approved days away are recorded as remote working, nothing to explain later
- Anyone clocking in outside the radius is prompted to request remote mode
Define leave types once, then adjust them per country.
A leave type belongs to one group of staff, so groups with different rules each get their own type.
- Set entitlement, monthly accrual and carry-over per type
- Mark a type paid or unpaid, and allowed or blocked on probation
- Restrict a type to the staff it is meant for
- Override any global type inside a single country
Import a holiday calendar per country and per year.
Working days, leave and attendance all follow the same calendar.
- Import a holiday calendar by country and by year
- Add optional and restricted days for staff to choose from
- Mark a date as estimated until it is officially announced
- Use one calendar for working days, leave and attendance alike
See who is working right now.
A live view of activity across the company. It is for visibility only; payroll always pays from the attendance record.
- Switch between your own activity, your team and the organisation
- Report over 24 hours, a week or a month
- See who is active now, and for how long
- Export any view to CSV

Who can do what.
Attendance permissions are set on the role, using the same four levels as every other module. Approving leave and creating leave types are separate rights, as are clocking yourself in and correcting somebody else's record.
View attendance records, the leave calendar and session reports.
Clock in, request leave, ask to correct a missed clock-in.
Approve leave, define leave types and holidays.
Set the office geo-fence, the payroll cut-off and the correction window.
Admin is the highest role and is not constrained by the permission grid, so it is worth keeping to the smallest group that genuinely needs it.
One request, start to finish
Three days off, and payroll already knew.
The leave balance is checked when the request is made, so a request over the allowance is refused straight away. Once approved, the days appear in the attendance ledger and in the payroll run without anybody entering them again.
Picked up the dates and the leave type from a single message.
