Give everyone their own record.

Leave balances, payslips, expenses, training and policies are on each person's own record. They raise requests there or over WhatsApp, and each request goes to the right approver automatically.

One recordEverything about you, on one screen you own

Leave balances, payslips, expenses, training, policies and your own performance. Raise what you need from the same place rather than emailing four people.

The employee's own screen

Everything about your job, in one place.

Twelve tabs cover pay, attendance, leave, documents, expenses, training, policies and performance. Managers get a My Team view alongside it, where they can approve their team's requests directly.

Requests

Every request goes to the right approver.

Your approval rules decide who signs off each request, so nobody has to ask around.

  • Request leave against a live balance
  • Request a salary advance and set the repayment period
  • Submit an expense with a receipt
  • Ask for an attendance correction before the cut-off
  • Raise any of it from WhatsApp instead

Delegation

Hand approvals over before going away.

The delegation ends on its own date, so nobody has to remember to take it back.

  • Name a colleague to approve on your behalf
  • Choose what they can approve, not everything
  • Set the dates it runs between
  • See what you have given out and what you have received

Policies

See the policies you are expected to read, and sign them off.

Your record shows the policies meant for you, picked out by your role, your department, your office or the whole company. Anything still waiting on your signature comes first, and one button signs it. What you have already signed folds away below, with the date you signed it.

Your training

Know what training you owe, and when your certificates run out.

Training assigned to you carries a due date and says whether it is required, marked assigned, in progress, completed or overdue. Your certificates are on the same record with the issuer, the expiry date and a link to the credential itself. Anything expiring inside thirty days is flagged while you can still do something about it.

Your details

Ask for a change to your own details without emailing anyone.

Send a change to your personal details or your pay details from your own record. It goes to an approver, and nobody is allowed to approve their own. Approve it and the record updates, so nothing has to be retyped from an email.

Access

Who can do what.

Self-service needs no special rights: your own pay, leave and documents are yours. Managers can also see their own direct reports, and seeing everyone is reserved for Admin.

See

Read your own record, payslips and balances.

Do

Raise leave, advances, expenses and corrections.

Manage

See your direct reports and approve their requests.

Admin

See anyone's record, including sensitive details.

Admin is the highest role and can do everything, so give it only to the small group of people who really need it.

One request, start to finish

A salary advance asked for on a phone, repaid across four payslips.

The request went straight to the right approver, each repayment appeared as its own line on the payslip, and the outstanding balance updated itself. Nobody kept a separate note of what was still owed.

Raised from your own record, with the repayment period on it.
