Your finance dashboard, always up to date.
Open Finance and see outstanding receivables, invoices, recurring costs and expenses on one screen. Every number is calculated the same way here as everywhere else in the company, and when a number is blank the screen tells you why.
The invoice settles, the ledger posts itself, the receivable drops off the ageing and the account stops being at risk.
The screen
Six key numbers and eight charts.
The dashboard is built from the same building blocks as every other dashboard in NearSync. You can edit it, add charts, or give your finance team a different one entirely.

A blank number comes with an explanation.
Blank numbers
Four reasons a number can be blank.
The explanation is drafted by AI, and the card says so with a small label. Treat it as a head start on the answer, then check for yourself.
Nothing is broken. The total really is zero, and the card offers to show you the entries behind it so you can see for yourself.
The card names the filter that is too narrow, so you know exactly what to loosen.
There is no data of this kind anywhere yet. The fix is setup, not the dashboard.
The data exists, just outside the dates the chart is set to look at.
Every number has one company-wide definition.
Outstanding receivables is calculated the same way here as on every other dashboard, so two teams never argue over whose figure is right.
- Every metric is defined once, for the whole company
- Filter any chart without changing what the number means
- See totals across markets, converted into your base currency
- Split receivables by the currency each invoice was raised in
- Open any number to see exactly what is behind it
Numbers update the moment something changes.
The dashboard is built straight from your invoices and expenses, so there is no export, no import and no overnight refresh.
- A payment recorded a minute ago is already on the screen
- Overdue totals move the day an invoice passes its due date
- An approved expense shows in your monthly burn immediately
- Narrow the whole screen to a single market when you need to
- Swap in a different dashboard, or assign one to your team

Who can do what.
Most people only need to view the dashboard. Editing a shared one changes what the whole department sees every morning, so that ability is kept to fewer people.
View the dashboard your team has been given.
Filter it, and open the detail behind any number.
Edit the dashboard, and add charts to it.
Choose which dashboard each department opens on.
