Campaigns and content

Campaigns and content on separate boards.

One campaign produces many pieces of content, so each gets its own board. The campaign board stays readable at a glance while the content board tracks the day-to-day work. Both are real pipelines with stages you name, and the calendar shows the same content arranged by date.

The intent, with the money attached. A launch, a season, a push into a market - dated, budgeted and owned.

Spend accumulates from the connected channels rather than being typed in, which is what makes the comparison against budget real. A campaign showing far less spend than you know you committed is usually a connection that stopped, not an underspend.

Blueprints

Turn a brief into a dated plan.

A blueprint starts you with structure instead of a blank page: the product it promotes, a measurable target, and an audience counted from your own contacts as you build it. Activate it and every deliverable arrives dated, estimated in hours and assigned to someone.

A brief with no blank boxes in it. Product from your catalogue, dates, budget, allocation and a target you can fail.

Budget$18,000Meta45%Google30%LinkedIn25%Allocating deliberately is what makes the later comparison mean something. If 45% went to one channel and it returned less than the 25% channel, that is a finding. If the split was never recorded, it is an argument.

A brief exists so several people produce work that fits together. Without one, three writers produce three interpretations and somebody edits them into agreement afterwards, which is slower and worse than agreeing first.

Revenue closed, per campaign.

Every deal keeps a link to the campaign that produced it, so campaigns are measured on revenue closed, not just clicks. No export, no spreadsheet, nothing matched up by hand.

Cycles

Plan the work in cycles.

A cycle is a named period with a goal: the hours you commit at the start, and the hours actually delivered by the end. Campaigns attach to it, meetings keep their recordings, and the learnings are written down and categorised so the next cycle starts smarter.

How cycles work
Commit once, at the startIf the commitment quietly changes mid-cycle, there is nothing honest to compare against at the end.
Delivered against committedA team that commits 200 hours and delivers 120 does not have a delivery problem. It has an estimation problem, and the fix is committing 120.
Learnings, written as findings"Approval took nine days on average and blocked three launches" is a learning. "Approvals were frustrating" is not.

What feeds what

Where the work comes from.

BrandColours, typography, voice and campaign tones, defined once, so work follows a standard instead of whatever the last person remembered.
BlueprintsThe brief. Writing it down first means three writers produce one campaign, not three interpretations someone has to merge later.
AssetsThe library, tagged by you and by the AI, attached to campaigns and briefs. It is what stops the same image being uploaded five times under five names.
Notes and ideasWhere ideas wait before anyone commits to them. The team upvotes what looks promising, and nothing becomes work until someone decides it should.

Real-time collaboration

The content board updates live.

When a teammate moves a card, it moves on your screen too. You can see who else is working on the board, and two people can never quietly overwrite each other's changes.

Design approvals

Approvals with rounds and client links.

Content, blueprints and assets all go through the same approval flow, so review works the same everywhere. Send work to a client or agency on an expiring link: they review it without an account and without seeing anything else. The sign-off is saved with the work, not lost in someone's inbox.

Marketing lists

Audiences built from your CRM contacts.

An audience is built from the contacts already in your CRM, so it recounts itself every time you open it and never goes stale in an export. Anyone who has opted out is excluded automatically on every channel, with no suppression file to maintain.

Talk about a piece of work on the work itself.

Every piece of content, campaign and brief carries its own conversation, so the reason behind a decision sits with the thing it was about. Whoever opens it next can read why the second frame was cut. Clients never see any of it.

Custom boards

Build a board of the numbers you check every week.

Pick the measures, arrange them, save the board and share it with your department. Marketing keeps one for cycle health and finance keeps one for spend, both reading the same work, and neither of them waiting on somebody to build a report.

Nexus automations

Let a campaign reaching Live raise the launch checklist.

Moving a campaign to a new stage can create the launch prep tasks, tell the owner and open the creative approval, without anybody remembering to do it. You build that rule in the same automation builder every other department uses, so there is one place to change it.

Channels and creative

Spend and leads from your ad platforms.

You still build your ads in Meta, Google or LinkedIn. NearSync brings the spend, the lead forms and the delivery back in, per campaign per day, keeping the original campaign id so every figure can be traced to its source.

You connect each channel once, in Operations under Apps and Import, not per campaign. A channel that is not connected shows no numbers at all, so an empty chart usually means a missing connection, not a failing campaign.

Thinking and measuring

Where ideas start, and what the channels report back.

The questions we get asked.

Anything longer lives in the help centre.

How many campaigns can we run at once?

As many as you like. The board holds every campaign and every piece of content behind it, however many are in flight.

Can we see which campaigns actually made money?

Yes. A won deal traces back to the campaign that sourced it, in your base currency, because the deal and the campaign are in the same database.

Do we have to keep our brand assets somewhere else?

No. One brand kit holds the logos, colours and fonts, and everything made in NearSync is made from it.

Is the Marketing Manager an add-on?

No, it is in every plan. It reads the campaign and content boards and tells you what has stalled, before the meeting where somebody asks.

See it with one of your own campaigns.

Thirty minutes to set up. Bring a campaign across, and watch the spend, the leads and the deals it produced line up without anybody joining them by hand.
