One calendar for everything you have scheduled.

Every piece of content with a date shows up here by itself, coloured by its campaign. Month and week views, plus a panel of the launches coming up in the next thirty days.

Nothing is entered twice. A piece with a date shows up here, coloured by the campaign it belongs to, and moving it moves the work rather than a copy of it.

The month

What's on the calendar.

Give a piece of content a date and it appears here on its own, coloured by the campaign it belongs to. Switch to the week view for detail, and come back to today in one tap. Under the grid, a panel shows the launches you have committed to in the next thirty days.

Launches

Never let a launch sneak up on you.

Launches get their own panel under the grid, so the dates that matter most never get lost among the day-to-day.

  • See every launch in the next thirty days in one panel
  • Check which channels each launch runs on
  • See who owns each launch
  • See the content already attached to it

From a brief

Set the launch day and the weeks before it fill themselves in.

Approve a brief and NearSync builds the work from it. Each piece gets a publish date counted from the launch day, with the hours it usually takes and the materials it needs. The jobs that have to happen first get their own dates counted backwards, so the creative is approved five days out and the tracking is set up three.

Does it fit

Find out whether the month you have planned fits the team you have.

NearSync counts the working days in the period, takes out public holidays and approved leave, and turns what is left into hours. Against that it puts the hours of work you have actually scheduled, person by person, and says plainly who is over.

Before the date

Hear that a date is in trouble while there is still time.

You get told when pieces are past their date, when something has sat in review for more than three days, when work is due this week and still unapproved, and when a piece has no owner at all. Each one names the pieces and takes you straight to them.

Access

Who can do what.

Anyone can put a date on their own work. Moving somebody else's work, or changing a launch date the business has promised customers, is for whoever owns the plan.

See

See the calendar and everything scheduled on it.

Do

Schedule your own work and move it.

Manage

Reschedule the team's work and commit launch dates.

Admin

Choose what the calendar shows and who sees it.

Admin is the highest role and can do everything above, so it is worth giving it only to the few people who really need it.

One month, start to finish

Nine pieces scheduled, none entered twice.

Every entry came from a piece of content that already existed on the board, coloured by the campaign it serves. The two launch dates that mattered had their own panel, and the grid held everything else.

The date is set on the content piece itself, right where the work is already happening.
