They sign on their phone in a minute.
Your client gets a link, enters a code sent to their own email or phone, reads the agreement and signs it with a finger. No account, no app, no charge to them, ever.

What the other side sees.
Four things worth knowing about the experience you are putting your client through.
Secured with a one-time code.
Before anything opens, a code goes to the exact email address or phone number you addressed the document to. Somebody who is simply forwarded the link cannot get in. Send it by email or WhatsApp, and if WhatsApp cannot be reachedemail takes over automatically.
Recorded on every signature
- The code was sent and usedTo the address you chose, not one they typed
- The time they signedTo the second
- The country they signed fromPrinted on the certificate
Four steps, on a phone.
Enter the code, confirm who they are signing as, read the whole agreement, and sign. That is the entire flow. They can also decline, which is recorded as clearly as a signature, so a no never looks like silence.
What they see
- Enter the codeFrom their own email or phone
- Confirm who they areTheir name and the capacity they sign in
- Read itThe full document, filled in, exactly as it will be signed
- Sign or declineDrawn with a finger, or typed
Choose where they can sign from.
Restrict signing to the countries you allow. Anyone outside them is told why and who to contact rather than shown an error. Either way the country isworked out when the page loads and printed on the certificate, so you know where every signature came from.
How the restriction works
- Off by defaultAnyone can sign from anywhere until you say otherwise
- Set per templateTighter rules on the agreements that need them
- Recorded either wayThe country appears on the certificate whether you restrict it or not
Both sides get the signed copy.
The moment the last signature lands, everyone gets the executed file and a certificate of authenticity, automatically. The certificate carriesa code that checks the document, so your client can confirm it is genuine years later without an account and without asking you.
Sent to everyone, automatically
- The executed agreementSigned by everyone, locked
- A certificate of authenticityWho signed, when, and from where
- A code to check itFree for them, forever
Signers are confirmed by the code sent to them. We do not check government identity documents.
Send as many as you like, on every plan.
No per-document charge, no envelope credits, no allowance to top up. Send five agreements this month and five thousand next month for the same price. Your client is never charged either, and is never asked to create an account to sign.
Learn the fields once, use them everywhere.
The same 306 fields that fill your contracts fill your WhatsApp templates, your emails and your automations. A field means the same thing wherever you use it, so nobody keeps a separate list for documents. Salary fields are the exception: they work on a contract to one person and disappear the moment you write to a group.
They can check it without you, years later.
Every signed agreement carries a certificate and a code that opens the check. Your client confirms it is genuine on their own laptop, with no account and nothing installed, long after whoever sent it has left the company.
