Add your own fields to anything.
Every business tracks something the software did not plan for. Add your own fields to deals, contacts, invoices, employees and more - ten field types, grouped into sections you name, shown exactly where you want them.
A field decides for itself whether it shows on the card, on the record, on quick add and in filters. Add Priority to deals and it is a badge on the board, a filter in the list, and something an automation can read.
The fields screen
Every field, and where it shows.
Pick a record type, like deals or contacts, and see all its fields at a glance: the name, the type, the section it belongs to, where it appears, and whether you can filter by it.
Your fields work in filters and automations.
Ten field types, placed where you want.
Pick the type, name a section for it, and decide exactly where it shows up.
- Choose from text, number, date, yes/no, select, multi-select, currency, email, phone or URL
- Add fields to deals, contacts, companies, invoices, employees, tasks and more
- Group them into sections you name
- Show a field on the card as a badge, metric, tag, date or colour stripe
- Show it on quick add, in filters, or on the full record only
Start from a ready-made field.
Common fields like Priority and Industry come ready-made, so every team uses the same one instead of inventing their own.
- Browse ready-made fields for each record type
- Add one in a click, with its options already filled in
- Edit it afterwards like any field you created
- Keep names consistent so reports and imports line up
- Build automations that act on the fields you added

Who can do what.
Anyone can fill fields in. Adding a field changes what everyone sees, and removing one deletes its data, so those two powers belong to a smaller group.
See every field and where it appears.
Fill in custom fields on the work in front of you.
Add fields and choose where they appear.
Change or remove a field everyone depends on.
Admin is the highest role and is not limited by these permissions, so keep it to the few people who genuinely need it.
One field, start to finish
A field asked for on Monday, in use by the same Friday.
The team added it from the library, put it on the card as a badge, switched on filtering, and had an automation using it the same week. No developer needed, and nothing else had to change.
The team wants a Priority field on their deals. NearSync does not ship one, so they add their own.
