We say the limits out loud
We state what a thing does not do yet before anyone has to find it, and we would rather be exact than impressive. The compliance badges further up this site say "under way" for exactly that reason.
A note from the founder
Watch how a company buys software. A CRM from one vendor, because sales needed it. A helpdesk from another, because support was drowning. Something for invoices, something else for people. Every one of them bought for a good reason.
The cost turns up later, in places nobody budgeted for. Weeks go into setting the tools up and keeping them talking to each other. Every new joiner learns five systems instead of one. The same customer sits in four databases, slightly different in each. Nobody has been careless, and yet the data gets worse and the work gets slower.
I built NearSync for emerging companies, because that is where the damage compounds fastest. Teams growing quickly, usually remote, often spread across more than one location or country. They deserve the discipline of a corporate system without the corporate price or the year-long implementation. It is also why the product has hubs, so several locations run inside one system, each with its own entity, currency and working week.
Every decision follows from that. It is a single database, because a business is a single thing. We built in as many departments as we could, and the apps around them, because work does not stop at a CRM.
There is one price and everything is inside it. Others sell tier after tier, then charge again for the part you actually needed. After a year of building a system, putting pieces of it behind a paywall felt wrong. Only AI usage differs.
Getting your data in should take minutes rather than turning into a project, so we let the AI do that work. And the AI is not a wrapper on someone else's model. You choose the provider for each department, you name it, and you put your own logo and colours on it. It should feel like your system, because it is.
That is where the name came from. Everyone near, everything in sync.
