Do I have to pick which departments I get?
No. Every department and every app is in every plan. The only thing that changes between Standard and Pro is how much AI you get.
What is an AI credit?
Roughly one question to the assistant. Standard gives every seat 2,000 a month, Pro gives 4,000, and you can top up whenever you want.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Fourteen days free, no card, with sample data already in every department so there is something to look at on day one.
Do we pay for people who never log in?
No. A seat is somebody who signs in. Employees you only keep records for, and customers you talk to, cost nothing.
Can I move to Self-hosted later?
Yes. Your data moves into a Supabase project you own, in your region, and the flat price applies once the move is done.
What happens when the trial ends?
