One template library for every workflow.

Write your email, WhatsApp and SMS templates once, in one library. Automations send straight from it, and a badge shows how many workflows use a template before you change it.

One libraryOne template, and three workflows already send it

Automations reference a template by its key rather than keeping a copy of the words, so the library tells you what depends on it before you change a subject line.

The library

Every template your business sends, in one place.

Filter by channel, or search by name, by key, or by what the message says. Each card shows the subject and body with the variables filled in, the short key that automations use to find it, and a badge counting the workflows that send it. Templates we ship with the product are marked and locked.

Change a template once and every workflow that sends it follows.

The library

Email, WhatsApp and SMS in one library.

The templates we ship are locked, so you duplicate them instead of breaking a workflow that depends on them.

  • Write a template for email, WhatsApp or SMS
  • Add variables inline, so the message still reads naturally
  • Search by name, by key, or by what the template says
  • See how many workflows use a template before you edit it
  • Duplicate a shipped template and make it yours

WhatsApp

Keep WhatsApp templates in step with Meta.

A WhatsApp template cannot send until Meta approves it.

  • Write the template here and submit it for approval
  • Pull the approved list from Meta so your library matches theirs
  • See at a glance which templates can send today
  • Catch an unapproved template before you try to send it

Before it sends

A template nothing can fill in will not save.

Say what a template is for, like a deal being won or an invoice being paid, and the picker then offers only the details those moments can give you. Drop in something nothing can fill and it is flagged as you type. The builder runs the same check when a workflow picks the template.

As they see it

Give a WhatsApp message buttons, and see the real thing.

Add a heading or a picture at the top, a line at the bottom, and buttons that reply, open a link, dial a number or copy a code. The preview beside you is a real chat bubble with your own sample details filled in. Email and text messages preview the same way.

Opting out

Every marketing message carries a way out that works.

Meta adds a stop button to marketing templates, and we act on it. Anyone who replies to stop gets a confirmation and hears nothing further. A broadcast only reaches the people who agreed to be contacted in the first place.

Access

Who can do what.

Most people only send templates that already exist. Editing one changes what every workflow that uses it will say. That is why each card shows the count, and why editing needs a higher permission.

See

Browse the library and see what each template says.

Do

Duplicate a shipped template and adapt it.

Manage

Write and edit the templates your team sends.

Admin

Pull approved templates from Meta and change what workflows send.

Admin is the highest role and is not limited by these permissions, so give it only to the few people who genuinely need it.

One template, start to finish

A template changed once, and three workflows followed.

Workflows send a template by its key and never keep their own copy of the words. Edit a subject line in the library and all three send the new version, while the WhatsApp version still waits for Meta approval before it can go out.

Saved in the library with a key, which is how automations find it.
