A Sales Manager that reads your pipeline.

Open the assistant and your pipeline is already there: how many deals are active, and which ones have stalled, named, with how long they have been quiet. Ask for a follow-up and it already knows the deal.

It reads firstThree deals have not moved in twenty-four days, and it says so before you ask

The assistant opens with your pipeline beside it: active deals, and the ones going quiet, named, with how long. A blank box waiting for a prompt would know none of that.

The manager

What's on the screen.

The context panel shows your live numbers and the deals going quiet. History keeps everything you have asked. Config lets you choose which AI model answers. The greeting lists what the assistant can do, and the three most-used actions are one tap above the input box.

Context

See which deals need attention, before you ask.

The assistant works from the same live deals as the board, so what it shows you is always current.

  • See how many deals are active and how many are pending
  • See stalled deals by name, with how long each has been quiet
  • Draft a follow-up for one of them in a tap
  • Get your day prioritised from the work itself
  • When nothing is at risk, it says so, rather than inventing a problem

Answers you can check.

Every answer links back to the deal it came from, so you can verify it yourself.

  • Draft emails and format text from the deal in front of you
  • Build a whole follow-up sequence, not just a single message
  • Analyse the deals that have stalled
  • Summarise pipeline health with the same weighted numbers as the board
  • Keep your history, so nothing has to be asked twice

Confirm first

It shows you what it is about to add before it adds it.

Ask for a new company, contact, deal or task and a card appears listing exactly what will be created. Press create and it happens. Press cancel and nothing is saved. One sentence after a meeting can set up the company, the person, the deal and the first follow-up together.

Meetings

Book, move or call off a meeting by asking for it.

Ask for a meeting and it creates the calendar event with a video link and invites the people you named. Ask to shift it an hour or drop it altogether and it does that too. A time agreed on a call does not have to wait until you are back at your desk.

After the call

Tell it what happened instead of filling in a form.

Tell it how the call went and the note is saved on the deal. Tell it the client agreed a new figure and the deal is updated. Tell it the follow-up is done and the task is closed. It takes one line each time, which is why the record actually gets kept.

Access

It can only see what you can see.

The assistant only answers from deals you already have permission to see. If you cannot open a deal, you cannot ask about it. Choosing the AI model, and whose key it runs on, is kept for the smallest group, because it decides where your data goes.

See

Ask about the deals you are allowed to see.

Do

Draft, summarise and prioritise your own work.

Manage

Ask about deals across the whole team you manage.

Admin

Choose the AI model and whose key it runs on.

Admin is the highest role and is not constrained by the permission grid, so it is worth keeping to the smallest group that genuinely needs it.

One morning, start to finish

It named three quiet deals before anyone asked.

The assistant had already checked the pipeline, named the deals that had been quiet for twenty-four days, and drafted a follow-up for one of them knowing the company, the amount and the last thing that was said.

It opens already knowing your pipeline, because it works from the same live deals the board shows.
