An AI lead that watches your marketing work.

Marketing Manager watches your content and campaign boards live. It counts the hours of work in flight, flags what is overdue or stuck, and tells you plainly when everything else is on track.

Every other tool in this category counts cards. This one counts the work inside them, stage by stage, so a board that looks busy and a board that is full are different things.

The cockpit

Both boards in one view.

At the top, a summary of how much work is in flight and what needs your attention. Below it, your content by stage with hours, your campaigns by stage, and the budget behind them. Underneath, ready-made questions you can ask in one tap.

37 pieces in flight carrying 174 hours of work and 1 campaign live.

A couple of things I would flag: 27 pieces are past the due date and 5 pieces have sat in review for over three days. The rest of the board is steady.

See the hours of work at every stage.

Hours

Know how busy the team really is.

Every stage shows the hours of work inside it, not just how many pieces there are, with the campaign budget alongside.

  • See hours as well as piece counts on every content stage
  • See how much work is in flight across the whole board
  • View the campaign board at the same time, stage by stage
  • See each campaign's budget and what has been spent
  • Spot when the team is at capacity, even when the card count looks fine

Flags

Know what needs your attention this week.

It names the problems with the numbers behind them, tells you when the rest is fine, and answers follow-up questions on the spot.

  • See what it flags, with the numbers behind each one
  • Be told plainly when the rest of the board is steady
  • See what is unassigned, due this week, in review too long and overdue
  • Ask why you are lagging, or what is stuck, in one tap
  • Narrow any question to one board or to your own work

Your numbers

The morning summary is counted, not written by AI.

The headline and the read of the week are put together from the pieces, the hours and the campaigns on your own boards. Nothing is guessed and nothing is rounded up to sound better. When both boards are quiet it tells you that instead of filling the space.

Who has room

Be told who has room to take the work on.

It adds up the hours each person is carrying across the board and names whoever is carrying the least, including the people carrying nothing at all. When one piece has no owner, it offers to hand it over in a single tap. The team it counts is your marketing department in People, so nobody is left off the list.

Before the meeting

Clear the approvals before the review meeting starts.

When a content or campaign review is in the next couple of days and pieces are still waiting on approval, it says so and links you to the meeting. It picks the meetings up from your calendar, including the ones that came in from Google or Outlook. A campaign that has spent nine tenths of its budget gets flagged the same way.

Access

It only sees what you can see.

Answers are built from the work you have permission to see, so two people can ask the same question and get different answers. Choosing the model, and whose key it runs on, stays with a small group.

See

See the summary and what it is flagging.

Do

Ask about your own work, and act on the answer.

Manage

Ask across every board, and act on the flags.

Admin

Decide which model answers and on whose key.

Admin is the highest role and is not limited by these permissions, so give it only to the few people who genuinely need it.

One Monday, start to finish

Two problems flagged before the meeting.

Nobody spent the morning building a status report. Marketing Manager named the two real problems, with their numbers, before the meeting started. The hours in flight showed whether there was room to take on more, and the budget was on the same screen.

Content and campaigns together, because one campaign is delivered by many pieces of content.
