Open one screen and know what the day wants.
A leave request, an overdue invoice, a contract waiting on your signature and an expense claim. Four departments, four records somebody else created, one queue. Then a calendar, a plan, the things you pinned, and a thread you can pick up next week.
Full access, no card required.
A leave request, an overdue invoice, a contract needing a signature and an expense claim. Four systems everywhere else. One list here, because they are four rows in one database.
What it solves
Four problems this solves.
All four come from the same place: the work is in one set of tools and the person is in another, so somebody has to carry things between them every morning.
Most tools open the day with charts: how many deals, how much revenue, a sparkline. None of it is something you can act on. The first screen of the day should be the work itself.
A leave request in HR, an expense claim in finance, a contract waiting on a signature, an invoice going overdue. Each one lives in its own tool, so nobody sees all four together until somebody chases.
When tasks live in one app and meetings in another, you plan the same day twice, on two screens that never agree about how much time you have left.
A customer record, a useful link and a quick note end up in a browser tab, a chat message and a sticky note. None of them is searchable, and two of the three are lost by Friday.
The cockpit
A queue, not a chart deck.
Everything here is a record you can act on, and every one of them was created by somebody else in a department you may not work in. Each card loads on its own, so a slow one never holds up the rest of the screen.

What is not AI
Most of this screen is arithmetic, and that is the point.
One surface in Workspace runs on a model: Conversations. The rest is rules over records you can already see. We say so because a cockpit that guesses is a cockpit you check afterwards, and then it has saved you nothing.
No model behind it
- The cockpit brief. Rules over your own board. Which approvals name you, which invoices passed their date, which meeting starts in the next ten minutes.
- Pins. The spark on the capture bar is decoration. Underneath it is a record search and a link preview.
- Plan. Today, upcoming, later and done. Dates and a sort, and nothing else.
- Calendar. One list of events from every source, drawn on a grid.
What it reads from
- People. Leave requests from your direct reports arrive as an approval, not as an email you might miss.
- Finance. Expense claims and overdue invoices surface as things to do, with the record one click away.
- Sales. A deal going quiet is a task with the account behind it, not a note in a spreadsheet.
- Projects. Issues assigned to you appear in Plan beside everything else you owe somebody.
The one that does run on a model isConversations, and it is routed to whichever model that department is set to.
Calendar
Every calendar you keep, on one grid.
Google and Outlook alongside your NearSync meetings, tasks and focus time. None of it copied, so none of it can be out of date by the afternoon.
Mon

Wed
Thu
Fri
A meeting, a booking, a returned call, approved leave, a sprint boundary and a public holiday. Each one read from the record that owns it, not copied into a calendar table.
Plan
Today, upcoming, later and done, in one list.
Not a separate to-do app to keep in step. The list is built from the work already sitting in your departments, so finishing something there finishes it here.
Every row names where it came from. Six of these were created by somebody else in a department you may not work in, and none of them was retyped to get here.
Conversations
Ask your business a question, and keep the thread.
The answer comes from your own records and stays in a conversation you can come back to, rather than a chat window that forgets what you asked yesterday.
It has not moved since the handover review on 14 July. The last thing anybody did was attach the revised schedule of rates; nothing has been logged against it since.
Read from 2 deals, 1 meeting and 4 tasks you can see.
The thread is kept. Pick it up next week and it still knows what you were asking about.
Pins
The things you keep coming back to, kept where you left them.
Any record, link or note from any department, pinned. It is the drawer everyone keeps in a notes app, except it points at the real thing.
The spark is decoration. Typing runs a record search; pasting runs a link preview. No model is involved in either.
Records
Links
Notes
Every record pin stores a reference, not a copy. The state on the right is read when you open the pin, so nothing here can be out of date.
Every capability
Five surfaces, and three documented elsewhere.
Workspace has eight tabs. Meeting Intelligence and Coach are their own product and have their own pages. Reports and Analytics is the board machinery Analytics already owns, so it is linked rather than explained twice.

The questions we get asked.
Anything longer lives in the help centre.
Is Workspace an extra?
No, it is where everybody starts their day, on every plan. What needs you today, read off your own records rather than typed into a list.
Can it show my other calendars?
Yes. Connect Google and Outlook and they sit on one grid with your NearSync work, none of it copied and none of it out of date.
Does it work out what I should do first?
It sorts what needs you by urgency and tells you why each thing is there, so the order is something you can argue with rather than trust blindly.
Can I keep things I need to hand?
Yes. Pin any record, link or note and it stays where you left it, across every department.
Open it on a workspace with your own records in it.
Half an hour. The cockpit only means anything once there is something in the database for it to read.
