Marketing is organised around one flow: a campaign sets the intent, content is the work that delivers it, and the calendar is when it goes out. Everything else supports those three.

Two Altitudes
The distinction that explains the module: campaigns and content are two different heights, and both are boards.
A campaign is the intent - a launch, a season, a push into a market. It has dates, a budget, channels and an owner.
Content is the work - a post, an email, a video, a landing page. Each piece belongs to a campaign, and each moves through its own stages.
One campaign carries many pieces of content. Keeping them on separate boards means the campaign board stays readable at a glance while the content board carries the day-to-day work.
Both are real pipelines with stages you define, the same engine as Sales. Your stages are yours.
What Feeds What
Brand holds your colours, typography, voice and campaign tones. Creative and content draw on it, so the brand is defined once rather than remembered per piece.
Blueprints are briefs. A brief carries what a campaign is trying to do; content is written against it rather than from scratch.
Assets are the library - images, video, files - tagged and reusable, attached to campaigns and briefs.
Notes are working thinking that is not yet a brief.
Where The Numbers Come From
Channel metrics are synced from the channels themselves, not typed in. Each connected channel returns impressions, clicks, conversions and spend, per campaign per day, with the external campaign id retained so a figure can be traced back to its source.
That is what makes Channel Analytics trustworthy. It also means a channel that is not connected produces no numbers at all - an empty chart is usually a connection problem, not a performance one.
Channels connect in Operations, under Apps and Import, not here. See Apps and Import in the Operations section.
Campaigns Connect To Revenue
A deal remembers the campaign that produced it. That link is what lets a campaign be measured on revenue closed rather than on clicks - the question marketing is usually asked and rarely able to answer.
Cycles
Marketing work can run in cycles - a titled period with a goal, committed hours and delivered hours. It is the same idea as a sprint: commit to what fits, then compare what was delivered.
Cycles carry meetings and learnings, so a retrospective has somewhere to live rather than evaporating.
Approvals
Content, briefs and assets carry an approval state, a reviewer, and a round number - so a second round of changes is visible as a second round.
Approval can also go to someone outside the organisation through a time-limited link, which is how a client or an agency partner reviews work without needing an account.
Where To Start
- Set the brand - colours, typography, voice.
- Connect your channels, in Operations.
- Create a campaign with dates, channels and a budget.
- Write a blueprint for it.
- Create content against the blueprint.
- Schedule it on the calendar.
- Read Channel Analytics once the data is flowing.
Common Questions
Where do I connect Meta or Google? Operations, Apps and Import. Channels are connected centrally so every module reads the same connection.
Why is my analytics empty? Almost always a channel that is not connected or has stopped syncing. The connection record keeps its last sync time and last error.
Can content exist without a campaign? It can, but it will not roll up to anything. Attach it.
Is this where the website lives? No. Pages, blog and the public knowledge base are in Web.
