NearSync Help

WhatsApp

The WhatsApp Inbox Customer conversations on the channel they already use, next to their record.

WhatsApp by NearSync puts customer conversations in the same place as everything else you know about that customer.

The value is not the messaging. It is that while you are typing, the panel beside you shows who they are, what they have bought, what they owe, what tickets they have open and what you last discussed.

What sits beside a conversation

The contact, and the company behind them.

Their deals, with line items where they exist.

Their tickets, so you know if they are already waiting on something.

Their products.

Past conversations, so you are not asking a question they answered in March.

An unlinked conversation shows none of this. Linking a contact is the first thing to do with a number you do not recognise, because everything else follows from it.

Working the inbox

Conversations carry an owner. Assigning one makes it somebody's job rather than everybody's assumption.

Threads can be linked to a ticket where a message turns out to be a support case, so it enters the queue with a deadline rather than staying an informal chat.

Staff commands

Your team can drive NearSync from WhatsApp using hash commands, without opening the platform. #task, #deal, #expense, #in, #status and around twenty more. Two of them require a PIN.

See Every Command and Shortcut for the full list.

On mobile

The WhatsApp inbox is worked from the web app. It is not yet in the phone app.
