What we shipped.

Every change below is the same note our customers see inside the product, written by the people who shipped it. 61 of them, dated.

We began keeping this record in June 2026. Work shipped before then is not listed here, because we were not writing it down properly yet.

  • New

A rebuilt calls workspace for agents and managers

Calls now have a proper home: an assignable inbox, a permanent dialer, wrap-up notes, voicemail, and a full 360 view of every caller. Managers get their own overview while agents work their own desk. Open the Calls area in Comms HQ.

  • New

A smooth handoff from AI chat to a person

When a customer conversation needs a human, the AI assistant steps back cleanly and hands over full context to your team, across web chat and WhatsApp. No more crossed wires or duplicate replies once someone takes over.

  • New

    AI Marketing Manager

A new always-on cockpit reads your live marketing boards and calendar to surface what needs attention and what to do next. Ask it anything about your marketing through its built-in assistant bar.

  • New

An AI Scrum Manager for your sprints

The old Automations area in Projects became the AI Scrum Manager, an always-on cockpit wired to live sprint data. It recommends what to plan next and can approve work, carry story points, escalate blockers or schedule a retro. The command bar is now sprint-aware and answers planning questions in place.

  • New

Analytics Studio: build any view of your data

The analytics builder is now the Studio, one place to create pivots, charts, tabular reports, funnels, and correlations with the same guided controls and a richer chart library. Publish any report to the HQ where your team works, and find everything under a single Insights heading in every HQ.

  • New

Ask your data a question and get an answer

NearSync AI now answers metric questions in plain English straight from the command bar, returning a clear number or chart instead of a form to fill in. It is trained on your full catalogue of measures, keeps context across a conversation, and is aware of the HQ you are working in.

  • New

Automated outbound calling with call lists

Build call lists from your Sales leads and work through them with a preview dialer, so your team can call continuously without hunting for the next contact. Start a list from the Leads page or the Calls area.

  • New

Boards that sync live as your team works

Engineering boards now update in real time as teammates create and move cards. Updates pause while you drag so nothing jumps under your cursor, and your history view stays put.

  • New

Brief Designer: from brief to live campaign

Compose a campaign brief with audience targeting and channels, generate a structured production plan, then activate it into a real campaign with content tasks and a timeline in a single step. Everything routes through your workspace AI settings.

  • New

Call your leads with one click from Sales

Click a phone number anywhere in Sales HQ to place the call, with a call dock that follows you from any screen. Every call is logged as activity on the contact's CRM timeline so the history stays in one place.

  • New

Click to call from anywhere, logged automatically

Call any contact with one click from Sales HQ, lead tables and quick actions, using a floating dialer that follows you across the app. Every call is written to the customer timeline for you.

  • New

    Connect Canva, Figma, and Adobe

Link your Canva, Figma, and Adobe Lightroom accounts from Apps and Connections to bring creative assets into your marketing work. Connections are scoped to your workspace.

  • New

Cycle health and a learning ledger

Projects HQ now captures sprint learnings and flags hotfixes as they close, feeding a cycle-health board and a scan that surfaces where your development cycles keep breaking. Every retro reads from one shared ledger.

  • New

Email marketing with lists, blasts, and cadences

Build audiences, send campaign blasts, and run per-contact drip cadences that wait for opens and clicks, all with consent tracking and one-click unsubscribe built in. Email and WhatsApp opt-in are tracked separately so contacts only receive what they signed up for.

  • New

Every call recorded, transcribed and scored

Calls are recorded, transcribed and scored for sentiment automatically, then flow into your intelligence and analytics. New reports like missed-and-not-called-back help you spot follow-up gaps. Review calls in the Calls area and in Analytics.

  • New

Every ticket opens the full customer picture

Open a ticket and you see the full account alongside it, with the conversation as an expandable history and the customer's identity resolved for you. Support handles the person in front of them with the whole relationship in view.

  • New

Export and schedule reports by email

Export any board or report to CSV, Excel, or PDF on demand, or schedule automatic delivery to inboxes on a recurring cadence. Anyone with Board Management access can set up a schedule.

  • New

    GitHub activity, built in

Connect GitHub through Apps and Import to bring pull requests, reviews and commits into a live engineering Activity dashboard. No browser tokens required, and contributors show with their real names.

  • New

    Governed measures across every HQ

Every HQ now ships with a curated set of trusted, currency-aware measures like revenue, win rate, cycle time, and completion rate, all managed by NearSync so the numbers stay consistent wherever you use them. A redesigned Measures surface groups them by department.

  • New

Live agent roster, availability and duty

See who is available in real time, control your own status, and manage an agent roster wired to your real workforce and working hours. Calls only ring agents who are on duty and eligible to take them. Manage agents in the Calls area.

  • New

    Meeting intelligence in your analytics

Meeting and call intelligence now feed governed metrics you can chart and report on, so meeting activity sits alongside the rest of your business data. Find the new measures in the Analytics studio.

  • New

Redesigned marketing boards and Brand Identity

The content and campaign boards get a cleaner design with a standard toolbar, list views, live sync, and real channel logos. A new Brand Identity system lets each workspace define its brand guide once and have it flow through marketing work.

  • New

Roadmap Gantt with two-way calendar scheduling

The Roadmap is rebuilt as a sprint timeline where issues appear as dated bars you can expand from each sprint. Scheduling flows both ways with your calendar, so dates stay in sync wherever you change them.

  • New

    See revenue by marketing campaign

Campaigns now carry first-touch attribution from lead to won deal, so ROI insights show real sourced revenue and deal counts instead of estimates. Campaign spend flows into Finance as rate-locked expenses for a true return on ad spend.

  • New

Send any ticket to the right team with Dispatch

Department Dispatch lets you hand a ticket to Sales, Projects, Finance or People without losing the thread. Everyone the ticket lands on gets notified, so nothing sits waiting for someone to notice.

  • New

Service HQ: a customer service desk built in

Service HQ gives your team a real support desk with a triage board you can work as a list, kanban or swimlanes. Create tickets, filter by member, switch between Mine and All, and edit inline as work comes in.

  • New

    Settings and Explore NearSync

We have completely revamped System settings and introduced Explore NearSync, Your onboarding companion.

The settings are now ordered logically, with clearly defined easy to find sections. We have also moved the hub management, Notifications and Asset Management here. This ensures IT admins can easily configure relevant settings.

The onboarding companion makes it easier than ever before. It maps and explains every surface of NearSync.

  • New

Sprint management built for engineering teams

Projects HQ now has a dedicated Sprint Management workspace with Plan, Standups, Retro and Epics tabs. Plan against leave-aware team capacity, run ceremonies that link to your calendar and scribe notes, and turn retro action items straight into issues.

  • New

Turn any chat, WhatsApp or email into a ticket

Conversations from webchat, WhatsApp and email can be promoted straight into a Service HQ ticket, matched to the right contact by phone number. When a person takes over a claimed chat, the AI steps back and a ticket opens on the same channel.

  • New

Your own call center, built into NearSync

Place and receive real phone calls straight from your browser, on any screen in NearSync. It runs on your own carrier account, so calls, numbers and recordings all live in one place. Find it in the new Calls area of Comms HQ.

  • Improved

A faster, richer Projects HQ board

Projects HQ gains a List view with Board and List toggle, saved views, filters, dependency management, and flow metrics like lead time and throughput. Capacity now reads from real HR data, the issue modal has a unified story and activity timeline, and large boards load noticeably faster.

  • Improved

    A sharper service triage board

The triage board gained a breaching count, cleaner source and type chips, a customer column, an AI reframe that rewrites messy requests, and newest-first sorting. Real assignee avatars and a portaled contact picker make it faster to work through the queue.

  • Improved

Clearer navigation and a more resilient app

The Projects sidebar is now organised into sections, breadcrumbs show the right module on nested views, and Reports and Analytics live under one Insights heading in every HQ. Navigation drift now warns instead of white-screening the app.

  • Improved

Configure your engineering boards your way

Set up per-team issue types, edit workflow columns and their categories, and choose board owner and visibility from one Configure panel. Board setups are replicable, so each team's board matches how they actually work.

  • Improved

    Faster analytics on large datasets

Dashboards and insights now load from a smart result cache and batch their queries, removing the slowdown teams hit on big datasets. A Refresh button pulls fresh numbers and clears the cache whenever you need it.

  • Improved

    Notifications reach the right person

Marketing events now flow through the notification system across a much wider catalog of event types with email channels, routed to the owner responsible for each item rather than a generic list.

  • Improved

Notifications that reach the right person

Event alerts now find the right owner more reliably, more of your work across Marketing and Service raises the right notifications, and the activity feed in the search bar updates live instead of on a delay.

  • Fixed

    Accurate, currency-aware sales numbers

Sales analytics now report every deal in your base currency, count won revenue in the right time period, and let you filter and break down by outcome of won, open, or lost. Sample and deleted records no longer inflate your totals.

  • Fixed

    Calls reliability and setup fixes

A roundup of calling fixes: incoming-call widget crashes, provider reconnection, inbound ringing, recording playback, honest transcript states, and stuck WhatsApp replies to new leads now all behave correctly.

  • Fixed

    Mobile app stability

Fixed a chat crash, restored the real tab icons, and aligned the app to Expo SDK 52 so it bundles and runs reliably.

  • Fixed

Real names instead of raw IDs in reports

Reports, charts, pivots, and exports now show people and records by their real names, sourced from your HR directory, instead of ever leaking an internal ID onto the screen.

  • Fixed

    Sales leads fixes

The Leads item in the sidebar now opens the leads list instead of home, and the quick-action Call button reliably dials the contact. Phone numbers in the leads table are click-to-call.

  • New

    A faster, unified calendar

One calendar across Google, Outlook, internal events, tasks, sprints, bookings, holidays, and leave. New keyboard shortcuts, a second time-zone column, drag to create, move and resize, a team availability view, and suggest-a-time that respects leave, holidays, and optional attendees. RSVP inline from invite notifications.

  • New

A Home that reads your day

A daily brief with morning and evening editions built from your real schedule and work, new performance views (Gauge, Cores, Bars), and an achievements and badges system.

  • New

Booking Engine: public pages and self-serve

Share a brand-themed public booking page or embed it on your website. Bookers can reschedule and cancel themselves. Round-robin and collective distribution, per-agent availability from your hub hours, and automatic CRM write-back on every booking.

  • New

    Meeting Intelligence, rebuilt

A dedicated workspace tab with Types, Summaries, and Coach. Define the outcomes each meeting type should produce and capture them automatically. Summaries v2 adds participants, talk-share, and recordings. Coach adds a vocal and conversation coach plus coaching-over-time trends, skill-gap views, and a manager training narrative.

  • New

NearSync AI in one command bar

Press Cmd-K anywhere to search, ask, and act. The assistant pulls your real CRM, calendar, and inbox data to answer, cites its sources, and can act with a confirm step: approve requests, mark tasks done, reschedule or cancel meetings, snooze reminders. Web results save to Pins in one tap, conversations persist, and six ready-to-use AI agents are summonable from the same bar.

  • New

Pins: one place for what matters

Bookmarks and the Pinboard are now one Pins surface: a card grid with link previews and collections, pinnable from the top bar.

  • New

Talk to NearSync with realtime voice

Click the waveform in the top bar to speak to the assistant hands-free, anywhere in the app, with live reads of your business as you talk.

  • Improved

    A refreshed look

A platform-wide brand pass: cleaner graphite styling, premium typography, and consistent iconography across every surface.

  • Improved

    Conversations and WhatsApp

A cleaner, live-updating inbox with smarter escalation and assignment. Book a meeting by link straight from a WhatsApp chat, with confirmation posted back into the thread.

  • Fixed

    Sales HQ fixes

Pipelines now delete cleanly, deals move reliably between pipelines, and you can bulk-assign pipeline and stage from the table view. Deal detail has been redesigned and the sidebar icons tidied.

    Introducing What's New

Every new feature and improvement now shows up here, right inside the app. Open it any time from your profile menu in the top right. We will post updates as we ship them, so you always know what is new and where to find it.

  • Improved

    A better team call experience

Team calls got a polish pass. The minimized call dock is slimmer and tidier, each participant has their own accent tile, screen sharing is sharper, and raising your hand now works reliably. Start or join a call from Team Chat.

  • Improved

    A calmer notification experience

Notifications got a redesign. Alerts are cleaner and on-brand, read clearly in both light and dark, and a softer notification bell replaces the loud red badge. Team chat messages land as a rich card you can reply to right from the alert, without opening anything. Less noise, more signal.

  • Improved

Your brand in the browser tab

Your workspace logo now appears as the browser tab icon, so NearSync looks like yours end to end. Set a logo in your branding settings and it carries through to the tab automatically.

See it working.

Everything above is live. The trial fills every department with sample data.
