Talk to the people on your website.

One snippet puts a chat on your site in about a minute. It answers on its own from the knowledge your team already wrote, hands over when it should, and every conversation lands in the same inbox as your email and your WhatsApp.

Included on every plan. Your visitors never pay and never sign up.

Try it right now

It is running in the corner of this page.

It is live and connected to our own knowledge base. Ask it something. If it cannot answer, somebody here picks it up.

Setting it up

One snippet, and it is live on your site.

Copy one line into your website and the chat appears. Run a separate widget for every site you own, each with its own branding, its own allowed domains and its own pause switch, so turning one off never touches another.

Chat widgets

Drop one snippet on your website. Visitor chats land in your inbox in real time. Make a separate widget per site: branding, allowlist and pause state are independent.

Where the answers come from

It answers from what your team already wrote.

A question is matched against the articles your team publishes in Web, by meaning rather than by keyword, and answered from what it finds. The articles it used are shown under every reply, so you can see why it said what it said.

A visitor typesHow long do I have to return something?
It searches your knowledge by meaning

Not by keyword. The question above says nothing about "returns policy" and still finds it. The matched intent narrows the search to Returns and refunds, so nothing from another part of your site can come back.

  • Returns policy: the 30-day window0.91
  • What condition items must be in0.84
  • How refunds are paid back0.77
It answers from those articles

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return, and items need to be unused with their original packaging. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within five working days.

Scores and articles are made up for the example. The five best passages, the meaning-based search and the sources under the answer are how it works.

Chat intents

Every message is sorted before anything answers it.

Your own patterns are tried first, instantly and free, so a hello never reaches a model. Only a message they miss is scored by a classifier, and anything still unclear gets a question back rather than a guess.

FirstYour own patternsInstant, free, and certain. A pattern either matched or it did not.
Only if that missedA classifier reads itScores it against your whole list and returns one intent with a confidence.
If neither is sureIt asks what they meanRather than answering the wrong question confidently.

The cheap pass runs first, which is why a hello never reaches a model. Only genuinely ambiguous messages cost anything to sort.

Answers instantly with the words you wrote. No model, no cost.

Every intent is yours to change: the patterns, the examples, the wording of a canned reply, which part of your knowledge it searches, and which one wins when two of them match.

What web chat does for you.

Your brand

It looks like part of your site.

Set the colour, the greeting and the corner it sits in. Put up to three real faces on it and an honest reply time underneath, so a visitor knows who they are talking to and what to expect before they type. Our name comes off the footer entirely if you want it to.

Where it lands

Chats arrive where your team already works.

A web chat lands in the same inbox as your email, your WhatsApp and your calls, scoped to the department that should handle it. Claim it so nobody doubles up, snooze it, assign it, close it. What the visitor asked stays on their record when they turn into a customer.

In the inbox

  • Real timeIt appears while they are still typing
  • Claim itSo nobody doubles up on a visitor
  • Snooze, assign, closeThe same actions as email and WhatsApp
  • Kept on the recordTheir questions follow them into the deal
Control

You decide where it runs, and when it stops.

A widget is locked to the domains you list, so nobody can lift your snippet onto their own site. Pause one and new chats stop while the conversations you already have carry on exactly where they are.

Per widget

  • Allowed domainsOr open to any, while you test
  • Pause without deletingNew chats stop, old ones are untouched
  • Ask for an email firstOptional, and off by default

The queue

Step in mid-conversation, without the visitor starting again.

Every conversation the widget is having, in one queue. Take one over and the visitor keeps the same thread, so the handover is invisible to the person on the other end.

Hi, we are looking at the modular racking for a warehouse in Sharjah. Can you deliver and install, and roughly what would a hundred bays cost?

Assistant

Yes, we deliver and install across the UAE, and installation is quoted separately from the racking itself. For a hundred bays somebody from the team should give you a real figure rather than a range. Would you like them to call you?

Thanks. Can somebody call me about the quote?

Web chat guides

The questions we get asked.

Anything longer lives in the help centre.

How many conversations can the widget handle?

No limit on conversations. Web chat runs on its own AI allowance rather than drawing down your team's.

What does it answer from?

Your own help articles. It answers what it knows and hands to a person the moment it does not, rather than guessing.

Can we make it look like our site?

Yes. Your branding, and it only runs on the domains you allow, which is also what stops somebody else embedding it.

Can we take over mid-conversation?

Yes. Step in from the queue at any point, and the visitor keeps the same thread rather than starting again.

It is already open in the corner.

Ask it something. If you would rather see it on your own site, half an hour is enough to have it live.
