Everything that takes up your day, on one calendar.

Meetings, client bookings, calls you owe someone back, who is on leave, public holidays and training days. Connect Google or Outlook, and the rest is already there.

A leave request, an overdue invoice, a contract needing a signature and an expense claim. Four systems everywhere else. One list here, because they are four rows in one database.

The surface

Fourteen kinds of events, easy to tell apart.

Meetings, bookings, calls, leave, holidays, training and more. Each event carries a thin colour strip showing where it came from, so even a full week stays easy to scan. The sources view lists all fourteen.

A meeting, a booking, a returned call, approved leave, a sprint boundary and a public holiday. Each one read from the record that owns it, not copied into a calendar table.

Everything stays up to date on its own.

Setting it up

Connect your calendar once. The rest is already here.

Google or Outlook takes a minute. Bookings, calls, leave, holidays and training need no setup at all, because they already happen in NearSync.

  • Two-way sync with Google Calendar or Outlook
  • Approved leave shows up by itself, always current
  • Public holidays filled in for each office your people work from
  • Sprint dates, training sessions and published articles on the same calendar
  • A meeting that lives in two calendars still shows only once

Booking one

Hold a meeting with its own link, without Google or Teams.

Pick the people from your own directory and NearSync creates the meeting with a link of its own. Choose Google or Microsoft instead when your guests expect it. Everyone invited answers going, maybe or can't go, and the meeting shows you the tally.

Repeats

Move one week of a repeating meeting without touching the rest.

Set a meeting to run every Monday, every day for a week, or once a month. When a single week has to shift or be dropped, change that one and the rest of the series carries on untouched. End the whole thing from a chosen date and everything that already happened stays on the calendar.

A skipped week is remembered as an exception, so the pattern stays intact
After the meeting

A recorded meeting comes back as notes and a list of actions.

Give the meeting a joining link and NearSync attends it with you. When it ends, the notes and the things people agreed to are waiting in your cockpit. Read the summary, open the transcript, or turn any action into a task with an owner and a date.
