Send it from wherever you work.
Send a contract straight from the deal, an offer from the candidate, terms from the supplier. Send as many as you like, to one person or a whole list, and see who has opened it without asking anyone.

Sending
Everything you get when you hit send.
Five things, all included, none of them an upgrade.
Send from any board.
A template can appear anywhere you want to send it from. An NDA on your sales pipeline and your onboarding board. An offer on recruitment. Terms on suppliers. You never leave what you are doing, and the signed copy comes backattached to the record it came from.
Pick every place that should offer this template. One template can appear in several departments: an NDA might belong on both a sales deal and a new joiner.

Send as many as you like.
There is no per-document charge and no monthly allowance to watch. Send five this month and five thousand next month for the same price. Your counterparty isnever charged either, and never asked to create an account.
What you are not billed for
- Documents sentAny number, on every plan
- Signatures collectedHowever many people are on the agreement
- Envelopes and bulk sendsNo credits to buy, no allowance to top up
- Your counterpartyThey never pay and never sign up
See who has opened it.
Every document shows where it has got to: sent, opened, signed, or waiting on somebody. The moment your client opens it, you can see that they did.Chasing happens without you - a reminder goes on day three, another the day before it expires, and one when it does.
What you can see at a glance
- Sent, opened, signedPer person, with the time on each
- Waiting on whomSo you know who to call
- Expiring soonBefore the link goes dead, not after
- DeclinedA no is recorded as clearly as a yes
Send a set, or send a list.
Onboarding is rarely one file. An envelope holds several documents that travel together in the order you set. A bulk send is the other way round: one template to a whole list, each copy filled from that person's own record, each with its own signature and its own proof.
Three ways to send
- One documentTo one person, or to several at once
- An envelopeSeveral documents, one person, in your order
- A bulk sendOne template, many people, each filled for them
Set how long the link stays live.
Every send carries an expiry: 24 hours for an offer, 7 days for most contracts, 30 for anything going through legal, or a number you choose. After it passes the link stops working, so an old agreement cannot quietly be signed months later.
Decided once, on the template
- Who signs, who approves, who is copiedBy job title, not by name, so it survives people leaving
- An approval before anyone outside sees itEnforced, not a reminder
- How long it stays openAnd three reminders sent for you
Send as many as you like, on every plan.
No per-document charge, no envelope credits, no allowance to top up. Send five agreements this month and five thousand next month for the same price. Your client is never charged either, and is never asked to create an account to sign.
Learn the fields once, use them everywhere.
The same 306 fields that fill your contracts fill your WhatsApp templates, your emails and your automations. A field means the same thing wherever you use it, so nobody keeps a separate list for documents. Salary fields are the exception: they work on a contract to one person and disappear the moment you write to a group.
They can check it without you, years later.
Every signed agreement carries a certificate and a code that opens the check. Your client confirms it is genuine on their own laptop, with no account and nothing installed, long after whoever sent it has left the company.
