One commitment, start to finish
A commitment with no dates, on the roadmap that afternoon.
The commitment stayed in Not scheduled until somebody gave it dates. It showed as planned while the bar showed nothing had started. When work began, the bar moved on its own, because progress comes straight from the board.
It went onto the roadmap immediately, into Not scheduled at the top.
