A deal board in any currency.
Build the board around your own stages. Each deal keeps the currency it was quoted in, and every stage shows a full and a weighted total in your own currency.
Dirhams, dollars, rupees, euros and riyals on the same board. The column footers convert, so the card reads in the customer language and the forecast reads in yours.
The board
What's on the board.
Each card shows the company, the contact, the amount as quoted, the date and the plan they are on, which you can change without opening the card. Deals that have gone quiet are flagged, and closed deals are left alone.

Who can do what.
Everyone in sales works their own deals. Creating a pipeline and naming its stages sets the process the whole team follows, and shapes every forecast, so that is kept for the smallest group.
See the board and every deal on it.
Work your own deals and move them along.
Reassign owners, import and export the board.
Create pipelines and define their stages.
Admin is the highest role and is not constrained by the permission grid, so it is worth keeping to the smallest group that genuinely needs it.
One deal, start to finish
Quoted in dirhams, forecast in dollars.
The card kept the number the customer would recognise, the stage total converted it at the rate saved on the deal, and Finance billed in the original currency. Nobody converted anything by hand at any point.
The card keeps the currency the customer was quoted in, because that is the number they will recognise.
