Your account settings affect only you. Open them from your avatar in the top right, then Settings, or go to /profile directly. There are eight tabs across the top.
Profile
Five sections, one Save Profile button at the bottom that writes all of them together.
Identity is what you write about yourself: photo, name, and the rest. To change your photo, click the camera badge on the avatar and pick an image.
Work is read-only - designation, department, hub, reporting manager, joining date, employment type, work location and employee code. These live in your HR record because payroll and compliance read them. To correct one, ask your HR admin; there is an Open in HR link beside the section. If you were only recently added, this section may say you have no HR record yet.
Localization sets how dates and times appear to you.
- Set your timezone. If you belong to a hub, your hub's timezone is shown as the default with a Hub default badge. Click Override if you genuinely work from somewhere else. Once overridden, a Reset to hub default link appears underneath.
- Pick a time format. 12-hour or 24-hour, each shown with a sample.
- Pick a date format. Three options, each with a worked example so there is no ambiguity between day-first and month-first.
Working Hours sets your working days and a start and end time. This is not cosmetic: it feeds your booking availability and puts you on Do Not Disturb outside those hours.
Note
Working Hours and Quiet Hours are different things. Working Hours decide when you are available for bookings and interruptions. Quiet Hours, on the Notifications tab, only mute sound.
Demo Mode switches your view to sample data. Useful when showing the platform to someone; it changes nothing for anyone else.
Connections
This is where you connect your own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account. Every person needs to do this for themselves - it is your mailbox, not the company's.
Connecting Google gives you Gmail sending from deal records under your own address, calendar free and busy plus event creation with Meet links, and the Drive file picker. Microsoft gives you the same through Outlook, Microsoft Calendar, Teams and OneDrive. Use whichever your team runs.
You can also connect creative tools - Canva, Figma and Adobe Lightroom - as read-only sources for the Asset Vault.
Tip
This tab exists so you never need Operations access to connect your own mailbox. Apps and Import in Operations does the same job at the admin level, but most people cannot reach it.
Security
Change Password takes your current password, then the new one twice. Minimum six characters.
Multi-Factor Authentication opens the setup flow via Configure. If your workspace requires MFA you will be prompted anyway, with a grace period before it becomes compulsory - see Security and the Audit Log for how that works.
Email Signatures
Your signature for mail sent from the platform.
Appearance
Theme offers four presets: Arctic Cloud and Classic Slate are light, Pro Slate and Midnight Pro are dark.
Accent colour offers a palette. If your workspace has enforced its brand colour, this control is not available to you and everyone sees the company accent - that is set in Branding.
Sidebar Mode has three options: Full Menu opens the full sidebar on hover, Quick Nav shows a section popup on hover, and Studio is a sectioned layout still marked beta.
Product tours switches the first-visit walkthroughs on or off for each area. Turning it off kills every tour; you can still re-run one from Explore.
Typeface offers four: Satoshi (the default), Jakarta, Inter and Poppins. Picking one re-renders immediately.
Rail Colour is either Coloured, which tints each sidebar group, or Monochrome for a quieter rail.
Appearance has its own Save Preferences button.
Notifications
Four blocks, in descending order of how often people change them.
Live activity in the search bar puts a quiet line in the search bar showing what is next. Choose Off, or a lead time of 15 minutes, 30 minutes or an hour. Due reminders always show regardless.
Sound Settings picks one of six sound packs, from Silent through to Metric Metal. Selecting one plays a sample. Below it, Quiet Hours mutes sound between two times you set.
Delivery Channels decides how platform events reach you: In-App, Email and Slack. In-App is always on and cannot be switched off.
In-App Alert Style is a grid: five categories (WhatsApp, Team, Leads, Email, System) against three methods (Toast, Audio, Push). Switch any cell on or off.
Keep in mind
Your preferences filter, they do not add. An event only reaches you on a channel your admin has enabled for that event type. If you have Email on and are still not getting something, the event's rule may not include email at all. See Notifications.
Some events cannot be muted by anyone - anything about security, compliance or sign-in. Those are locked mandatory by policy.
Shortcuts
The keyboard shortcut reference.
Keywords
Every capture word the assistant understands - the @ verbs, time phrases and provider keywords - in one reference list.
Common Questions
My timezone keeps showing the hub's, not mine. Your hub timezone is the default anchor. Click Override on the Localization section to set your own.
I cannot change the accent colour. Your workspace has enforced its brand colour. Only an admin can lift that, in Branding.
Where do I change my job title? You do not - it lives in your HR record. Ask your HR admin.
