There is a channel in your sidebar that reaches NearSync directly. It sits above your own channels rather than among them, because it is not one of yours.
What it is
A conversation with the people who build and run the platform. Not a chatbot, and not a form that generates a reference number.
Ask a question the way you would ask a colleague. Paste a screenshot. Describe what you expected and what happened.
Knowing whether anybody is there
The channel shows a live status: whether the team is online and what replies are typically taking right now.
That is a measured figure rather than a promise, and it is there so you can decide whether to wait for an answer or carry on and come back. A quiet hour is more useful to know about than a service level you cannot verify.
What makes a question answerable
The same things that help anywhere:
What you were doing, specifically enough to repeat.
What you expected, which is often the part that reveals a misunderstanding rather than a fault.
What actually happened, including the exact wording of any message.
A screenshot of an error beats a description of one. The reference in the corner of an error message is worth including; it lets us find the exact request in our logs.
Suggested reading
Where a question matches something already written, the channel will surface the relevant guide alongside the conversation.
Not a deflection. If the article answers it you have your answer immediately, and if it does not you are still in the conversation.
Bringing colleagues in
Anyone in your organisation with access can be invited into the support conversation, so the person who hit the problem and the person who administers the workspace can both be in the same thread instead of relaying.
